Data Insights SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Insights Specialist.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently with strong domain knowledge.
- Key Responsibilities include:
- Gathering project requirements, assessment/simulation setup and delivery, reporting setup and delivery, including designing scoring and generating results.
- Collation of scores for different tools in order to maintain database.
- Analysis of scores for generating industry benchmarks and norms for different markets.
- Creating dashboards using MS Power Apps/Tableau/PowerBI.
The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with Tableau and business communication skills are also desirable.
This role requires collaboration with small to large project teams and extensive interaction with internal and/or external clients.
Responsibilities include stakeholder management (including status updates on project/activities, query resolution, etc.), adherence to strict timelines and assurance of quality deliverables, multi-tasking to ensure timely completion of activities, problem solving and analytical skills, and contribution to training and capability development for Junior Analysts.
The Data Insights Specialist will have advanced analytical skills to create insights from data, proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with Tableau is preferred. The ideal candidate will also possess strong business communication skills, fluent English language, and be able to collaborate effectively.
