Job Title: Financial Management Specialist
">We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated professional to join our organization as a Financial Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
">- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain Donor data Management, Students Fees management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, laws, and regulations – including GST, TDS, and Labour laws.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and liaise with auditors as needed.
- Handle any other financial tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably within a non-profit organization.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical standards.
