About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Professional to lead our finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of multiple business units, ensuring compliance with accounting practices and relevant income tax laws.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Accountant looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the financial operations of multiple business units, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement effective accounting practices and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of at least 20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the finance department.
- Liaise with statutory compliance and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant on or before 2008 till 2020.
- Top Leadership level experience is must.
- Experience in Income Tax, Investment, setting new policies and cash flow.
- Should have an experience working as Finance Controller.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting to the top management.
- Leadership of GM Finance & Senior Management experience.
