Senior Analytics and Reporting Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Analytics and Reporting Specialist. This position requires expertise in data analytics concepts, strong technical skills, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize analytics and reporting solutions using Reltio's MDM Platform.
  • Leverage knowledge of data analytics concepts, including data visualization, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools, to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries and utilize other analytical query languages such as MDX and DAX for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Design and build robust analytics solutions using Reltio's platform or similar cloud-based MDM platforms.
  • Integrate data from various sources using data integration technologies and techniques, including Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) processes, data pipelines, and data transformation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to analytics solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating technical concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics, MDM, and related technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with Reltio's MDM Platform, with a focus on analytics and reporting functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics concepts, including data visualization, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytical query languages (e.g., SQL, MDX, DAX) for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and optimizing analytics solutions using Reltio's platform or similar cloud-based MDM platforms.
  • Familiarity with data integration technologies and techniques, including Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) processes, data pipelines, and data transformation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to analytics solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, or MDM technologies.
  • Experience with other MDM platforms or data integration tools
