About the Role
As a Manager-Data Scientist at Genpact, you will play a pivotal bridging role between statistical, technology specialists, and the business/functional resources. Your solutioning expertise will be leveraged to translate customer business needs into techno-analytic problems.
You will work with statistical & technology specialists to bring large-scale analytic solutions to fruition. Key responsibilities include participating in SME reviews of Predictive Analytics opportunities, project delivery, managing stakeholder/customer expectations, project blue printing, project documentation, creating project plans, jump-starting Machine Learning projects, and collaborating with competency leaders in Big Data, OR, BI areas.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering, with rich relevant experience. Alternatively, you may have a degree in Computational Science or Applied Engineering with good industry experience in Applied Machine Learning/Predictive Analytics.
A strong background in Machine Learning & Quantitative Methods in Marketing/Consumer Behavior is essential, along with very good Python programming skills. R programming skills are a plus. You should also have solid knowledge of concepts in Machine Learning, Statistics, and their application to learning from large data sources.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to conduct look-ahead client research, consulting experience, previous experience working on forecasting for Work Force Management projects, and ability to prioritize, consultative mindset, and time management skills are highly desirable.
Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This package includes comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
