Job Overview

The Teamcenter PLM Manager plays a crucial role in driving competency development and ensuring delivery excellence.

  • Create comprehensive training plans to upskill the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

This leader is responsible for defining competencies across Teamcenter development, customization, migration, integration, support, and administration.

They must stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in the PLM ecosystem.

  • Mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure career growth.
  • Develop workforce planning strategies to build a strong talent pool.

Technical Leadership:

  • Oversee critical projects, ensuring technical excellence and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and escalate them when necessary.

Client Engagement:

  • Promote the Teamcenter practice to clients, highlighting its capabilities and strengths.
  • Develop innovation-driven solutions to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7–15 years of experience in Teamcenter PLM with expertise in multiple areas such as customization, integration, migration, administration, and support.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record in people management or technical team leadership roles.
  • Excellent understanding of Teamcenter architecture, modules, and extensions.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a global delivery environment.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience working with other PLM tools (Windchill, Enovia, Aras) for enhanced cross-competency exposure.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based PLM solutions and modern integration platforms.
