Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineering Manager with expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of comprehensive PLM solutions. This role involves managing cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable Teamcenter architectures tailored to meet business needs.

  • Design and develop comprehensive Teamcenter PLM architectures that meet business objectives.
  • Leverage technical expertise to define solution roadmaps, integration strategies, and best practices for Teamcenter implementations.
  • Lead all phases of Teamcenter PLM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Evaluate and ensure seamless integration of Teamcenter with ERP (e.g., SAP), MES, and other enterprise systems.
  • Audit and optimize existing Teamcenter environments for performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Translate business objectives into technical designs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish PLM standards, governance frameworks, and compliance policies to maintain system integrity and security.
  • Monitor system health checks, audits, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Stay current with Siemens Teamcenter advancements and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance business processes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in PLM systems with a strong focus on Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Proven track record in implementing and managing large-scale Teamcenter PLM projects.
  • Deep knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, modules (e.g., Active Workspace, BOM, Change Management, Workflow Design), and customization.
  • Expertise in Teamcenter integration with Upstream CRM/CPQ (Salesforce) and ALM (Polarion) systems and downstream Design Automation (Rulestream, SAP Product Configurator) and ERP (SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong proficiency in programming and scripting (e.g., C++, Java, ITK, RAC, BMIDE).
  • Expertise in PLM-ERP-MES integrations, particularly Teamcenter-SAP interfaces.
  • Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, and product lifecycle management processes in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or industrial machinery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
