Senior Memory Engineer - NAND Development

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team, contributing to the development of NAND memory technologies.

As a Senior Memory Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing system device features that improve system level performance and reliability. You will also work closely with other teams, including process, design, reliability, and system groups, to ensure timely product device support, memory qualification, and ramp of volume production.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop NAND memory trim and push the performance and reliability envelope of flash memory.
  • Collaborate with memory system teams to design and develop system device features.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of semiconductor device physics, process, and reliability, as well as circuit design.
  • Experience with NAND flash memory devices and physics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
