Enterprise Digital Workplace Strategist Role Summary

This is a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Digital Workplace Strategist role that will lead and drive large-scale Microsoft 365 initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in architecting, configuring, and managing Microsoft solutions for data governance, compliance, and information protection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end M365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies aligned with organizational needs, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  • Oversee and implement Microsoft Intune for device management, application deployment, and endpoint security.
  • Administer and secure Exchange Online environments, including migrations, hybrid setups, and mail flow troubleshooting.
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including identity lifecycle, conditional access, and role-based access control.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that leverage emerging Microsoft technologies.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft 365 services for performance, reliability, and security.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years focused on Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in: Tenant-to-tenant migrations, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft 365.
  • Proven experience leading a team or serving as a technical lead on large-scale projects.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, SC-400, MD-102, or equivalent are highly desirable.
