Telecom Network Audit PositionJob Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Telecom Auditor to conduct internal audits of telecom network elements, identify and evaluate risks associated with telecom network operations, and propose effective mitigation strategies and controls.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of telecom network infrastructure, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, assess risk exposure, and provide recommendations for remediation and mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of audit findings, observations, and recommendations to support informed decision-making and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site audits of telecom network facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure they meet established standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct reviews of existing policies, procedures, and protocols to identify areas for improvement and develop revised versions as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate audit results, provide recommendations, and implement changes to improve overall network performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience with Telecom Network technologies, including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks.
  • Significant operational or engineering experience in a Network Operator or Service Provider environment, with a focus on risk management, audit, and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to extract, process, and transform data effectively to inform business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in telecommunications, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in internal audit, consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and effectively communicate with stakeholders and management.
Additional Information:
  • Flexibility to travel to other locations is essential, as this role will require frequent site visits and stakeholder engagement.
