We are seeking a seasoned legal expert to join our team as a trusted business advisor.

This role requires an individual with the knowledge and experience to take on various legal assignments, including employment law advisory, intellectual property advisory, and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will have excellent grasp of laws and market practices pertaining to technology agreements, data protection laws, and intellectual property.

The successful applicant must be able to provide innovative solutions to minimize/manage legal risks involved with our business operations in various jurisdictions around the world.

To achieve this, the candidate must have an ability to explain contract risks and obligations to non-lawyers. In addition, they should strive to simplify drafting in order to achieve quicker turn-around-times and make legal agreements easier for non-legal stakeholders to understand.

Requirements:
  • ~ 5 year degree from a reputed national law university/college. (LLM or post graduate degree in law from a reputed international law university specifically in the field of technology law.)
  • (Post Qualification Experience: ~2-5 years In a top tier law firm, preferably within the technology law practice of the firm or at the least some level of experience in technology contracts; and/or as an in-house counsel in a Technology Company)
