This senior-level position oversees all quality assurance and control processes, driving continuous improvement in production and safety processes to maintain the highest quality of products from raw materials to finished goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective quality control systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., FSSAI, FDA, HACCP) and internal quality standards.
- Oversee regular audits, inspections, and testing processes across all production stages.
Process Monitoring & Compliance:
- Supervise the quality control team to monitor and evaluate the production process, ensuring consistency and safety.
- Develop protocols for raw material inspection, in-process control, and finished product testing.
- Maintain certifications and compliance with industry standards (ISO, BRC, etc.).
Leadership & Team Management:
- Manage and mentor the quality control team, ensuring proper resource allocation and professional development.
- Foster a culture of quality and safety throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
