Quality Assurance Specialist

The role of quality assurance specialist is a critical component of our organization's success. This position requires a highly skilled professional who can develop and implement effective quality plans, processes, and guidelines.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure objectives are met.
- Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality.
- Identify and rectify defects within the production process.
- Recommend and implement preventative and corrective actions to ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Compile and analyze statistical data to inform quality improvement initiatives.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring the end product meets minimum quality standards, is fully functional, and user-friendly.
