Quality Assurance and Control Specialist

Sinclus is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Control Specialist to join our team for the Refinery Shutdown Project in Mount Abu, India.
- Lead a team of quality control specialists to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to identify and mitigate potential risks and defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality control standards.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in welding QC for column internals in oil and gas projects. They must be proficient in WPS/PQR and support in inspection.
Responsibilities:
- Implement quality control measures to minimize defects and errors.
- Develop and maintain quality control records and reports.
- Identify and address potential quality control issues.
