Backend Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Engineer with 4+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails and Golang to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and modern web applications.

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining APIs and backend systems in Ruby on Rails and Go.

  • Participating in code reviews and technical discussions.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and Golang.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, and background job processing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, Docker is a plus.
  • Good communication and remote collaboration skills.
