We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to lead full stack development, architect scalable solutions, and drive technical excellence across projects.

About the Role

  • Lead backend architecture and development using modern frameworks
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
  • Manage system integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI, and third-party services
  • Oversee projects involving e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and related stacks
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and implement best practices
  • Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
  • Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and effective documentation

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of backend development experience in PHP, with deep expertise in Laravel
  • Experience working with Magento, WordPress, and Shopify
  • Strong background in system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and webhooks
  • Proficiency in:
  • PHP, Java
  • ReactJS, Node.js
  • MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB
  • CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent team collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
