Job Description:

The Governance Manager is responsible for driving organisational excellence through the development, implementation and monitoring of governance policies and processes.

This involves ensuring adherence to organisational standards, while fostering continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify, develop and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and governance processes across the organisation.
  • Policy and Process Development: Create, document and maintain organisation-level policies and processes to ensure consistency, compliance and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Metrics Management: Collect, analyse and publish organization-level metrics to provide insights into performance, compliance and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Standards Adherence: Ensure adherence to TCF and TOM standards, maintaining a robust governance framework that aligns with organisational goals.
  • Internal Audit Support: Assist in conducting internal audits, providing necessary documentation, insights and recommendations to ensure compliance and process integrity.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align governance practices with business objectives and product lifecycle requirements.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks in governance processes and implement controls to mitigate them.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

They will also have experience in developing and implementing governance policies and processes, as well as collecting and analysing metrics to inform business decisions.
