Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Systems Engineer. As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will play a vital role in streamlining global business operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert technical support and guidance to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve complex issues and implement new services.
  • Leveraging advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.

You will be expected to:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in ITIL compliance standards and certification is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience working in a global team and navigating different jurisdictions.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
