Job Title: Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer (Construction Chemicals)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer to join our team at 2coms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the construction chemicals industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and appoint dealers to expand market reach and increase market share.
  • Analyze sales plans and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targeted sales.
  • Oversee sales activities to maximize sales growth and volume.
  • Assist dealers in achieving targets and provide training.
  • Ensure new product seeding in the right channels.
  • Ensure SKU range availability at key outlets.
  • Conceptualize and implement sales promotional programs for brand building.
  • Ensure dealer profitability in alignment with organizational policies.
  • Prepare monthly territory monitoring reports, including competitor activities.
  • Conduct retail audits to assess market potential and competitor sales.
  • Solve dealer issues to maintain smooth business relations.

Requirements:

  • Age: Maximum 35 years.
  • Experience in sales of construction chemicals.
  • Education: Graduate (B / B.Sc) and Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management.
  • Personality Traits:
    • Highly energetic and motivated.
    • Good communication and selling skills.
    • Ability to understand market trends and convert products into business.
    • Go-getter with high drive and initiative.
    • Local candidate preferred.
    • Preferred companies: tiles adhesive / Ply / Any Cement Company.
