Key Responsibilities

  • Test user flows (browsing products, adding to cart, checking out).
  • Spot and report issues like broken links, confusing content, or accessibility problems.
  • Check payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay) and complete test transactions.
  • Confirm post-purchase details (order confirmation pages, email receipts).
  • Take screenshots or screen recordings to show findings.
  • Prioritize issues based on severity and suggest quick fixes.
  • Keep updated on progress and report blockers.
  • Handle login details and test data securely.
