About the Role:

  • Develop and implement site merchandising strategies to drive e-commerce business growth.
  • Analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own on-site merchandising campaigns and promotional events.
  2. Design and refresh storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing assets.
  4. Develop and analyze new merchandising strategies to improve engagement and document results.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
