Marketing Data Analyst Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Data Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and product teams to interpret marketing data, derive insights, and support data-driven decision-making for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple marketing channels (digital campaigns, CRM, web analytics, etc.).
  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support marketing strategy and decision-making.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align data insights with business objectives.
  • Develop predictive models and segmentation to enhance targeting and personalization.
  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring and data-backed recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications & Skills Needed

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, statistics, mathematics or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing/consumer-focused environment.
  • Strong Knowledge: SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
  • Proficiency: Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or CRM systems.
  • Excellent Skills: Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills with data.
  • Strong Abilities: Communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
