Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned E-Commerce Operations Specialist to oversee our online presence and drive business growth across various marketplaces.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Product Listings & Content Management:
    • Create and manage high-quality product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
    • Monitor competitor listings, analyze trends, and implement improvements to enhance visibility and conversion.
  • Marketplace Optimization:
    • Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and marketplace performance to optimize product listings for maximum impact.
    • Conduct thorough competitor analysis to inform pricing, marketing, and new product strategies.
  • Inventory & Order Management:
    • Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations or overstocking.
    • Collaborate with warehouse or logistics teams to ensure timely restocking and dispatching.
  • Customer Service & Support:
    • Oversee order processing, guaranteeing smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Pricing & Promotions:
    • Monitor pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness within the marketplace.
    • Develop and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and bundles to drive sales and attract new customers.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketplace performance.
    • Prepare regular reports for stakeholders on performance and trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a focus on marketplace management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through data analysis and optimization.
