Job Role:

Partner Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining and updating the list of active certifications. The specialist tracks progress toward certification goals and supports team members in achieving requirements.

  • Certification Management: Maintain and update the list of Launch's active certifications. Track progress toward certification goals and support team members in achieving requirements.
  • Help Desk Management: Manage and triage help desk requests with clients. Coordinate L2 and L3 escalations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver accurate, timely reporting on Partner Center metrics such as Azure consumption, certifications, customer adds, CPOR/PAL attach, and other KPIs. Provide actionable insights to the partnership team to drive decision-making.
  • Outbound Referrals & Co-Sell Support: Facilitate co-sell vs. partner-led motions, ensuring offer attachment to protect performance metrics.
  • Pipeline Identification & Attribution: Identify opportunities eligible for PAL (Partner Admin Link) or POR (Partner of Record) attribution. Ensure attribution requirements are captured and executed post-contracting (including follow-up 30+ days after deal closure).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the partner ecosystem. Experience in sales operations, partner management, or channel programs is also required. Additionally, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are necessary.
