Audit Professional Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Professional to contribute to our organization's success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing financial and fund audits, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and assessing internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial and fund audits in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).
  • Evaluate the accuracy of financial records and compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop audit procedures based on risk factors.
  • Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive working papers and document audit findings for transparent communication.
  • Effectively communicate audit results clearly to stakeholders, fostering trust and confidence.
  • Collaborate with audit team members and coordinate with other departments as needed to achieve seamless workflow.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and auditing standards, such as PCAOB and SOX, to ensure expertise and compliance.
  • Support the preparation of audit reports and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Inter with Article ship.
  • 1-2+ years of Audit experience under a CA Firm.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and other relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency with audit software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
