About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional with experience in HNI & Individual Giving fundraising.

The role involves identifying, cultivating, and stewarding relationships with high-value donors, alumni, and influential networks to mobilize substantial funding support.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan to secure large-ticket donations from HNIs, alumni, and philanthropists.
  • Create an extensive database of HNI / potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal network.
  • Track and report fundraising progress through donor tracking, engagement, and donation metrics to stakeholders at regular intervals.
  • Communicate compelling pitches and proposals to stakeholders, drive closures successfully.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to create impactful presentations, events, and experiences for prospects.
  • Work closely with leadership and project teams to deliver fundraising goals.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, donor meetings, and sector gatherings.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
  • Proven track record of securing high-value donations from HNI/UHNI/Foundations/Grants.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-based environment and adapt.
  • Knowledge of current trends in CSR, philanthropy, and HNI donor behaviors.
