  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Support & Execution: Convert leadership vision into actionable plans and track execution across various projects.
  • Drive alignment among product, engineering, AI, and operations teams.
  • Project & Operations Management: Run day-to-day project management: sprints, deliverables, timelines.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively solve issues.
  • Coordinate between stakeholders and teams.
  • Business & Growth Support: Assist with client interactions, proposals, investor material, and internal reporting.
  • Research and analyze new opportunities, partnerships, and expansion plans.
  • Team & Culture: Serve as a central point of coordination for hiring, onboarding, and team communication.
  • Help build a culture of accountability, clarity, and fast execution.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, operations, product management, or a fast-paced startup role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize across competing demands, and manage stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, fast pivots, and high-growth environments.
  • Tech/healthcare background is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Based in Bangalore or Delhi, with flexibility to work across Europe/India time zones.
