About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our high-energy team. As a key member, you will have a direct impact on the tooling/development cycles/testing frameworks.

Our platform helps companies build a customized wellness solution focused on primary care aspects such as fitness, mental health, doctor teleconsultation, OPD programs, etc. for employees and their families.

This reduces out-of-pocket expenses and creates healthier workforces.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in data analysis and problem-solving, with good knowledge of databases such as MySQL and NoSQL.

They should also be proficient in Python and Microsoft Excel, with analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing large datasets and information according to guidelines.
  • Developing reports and analyses.
  • Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.
  • Identifying and developing data pipelines to support data standardization.
  • Handling multiple sources of data, structuring large data sets to find usable information, and developing standardized schema.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of databases such as MySQL and NoSQL.
  • Proficiency in Python and Microsoft Excel.
