Job Title: Billing System SpecialistMajesco Billing System Developer: A Key Role in Our Organization

This role is critical to the success of our organization, as it involves support configuration, testing, and maintenance of Majesco Billing system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Majesco Billing system, with a strong understanding of insurance billing processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting premium billing, collections, payment processing, and reconciliation. They will work closely with business teams to gather requirements and implement billing solutions, providing production support, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating fixes.

In addition, they will participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and resolution. They will document processes, configuration changes, and provide end-user training.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You will be working in an Agile environment, using Jira/Confluence, and have exposure to policy administration, claims, and integration with billing systems.

A background in SQL, data validation, and reporting is also essential. If you are interested in staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in billing systems, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4-5 years' experience in the Majesco Billing system
  • Knowledge of insurance billing processes (P&C or Life/Annuities/Health)
  • Understanding of policy administration, claims, and integration with billing systems
  • Strong skills in SQL, data validation, and reporting
