We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Tendering Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating relevant tenders from government portals, PSUs, and large institutions.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of tendering processes, including GeM, CPP, eProc portals, and strong documentation, compliance, and coordination skills. You will work closely with internal teams to prepare bid documents, technical proposals, and financial bids, ensuring timely submissions and maintaining accurate documentation records.
Key responsibilities include tracking deadlines, submission timelines, and post-bid clarifications or negotiations, as well as building relationships with tender authorities, consultants, and registration bodies. Your excellent communication and negotiation abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and negotiate the best outcomes for clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 1 year of experience in tender management, preferably in events, advertising, or infrastructure sectors. If you have a passion for tendering and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.
