Job Title: Delivery Associate Location: Mumbai (Marol) – Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth academic delivery.
  • Deliver projects and products within timeline, resource constraints, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain a network of freelancers and industry experts for grading, live sessions, and mentorship.
  • Monitor and maintain project schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to meet project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Prepare weekly reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Work with the technology team to automate dashboards, analyze data, and apply knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Ability to deliver projects and products within budget, timeline, quality, and resource constraints.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks independently.
  • Strong customer-focus and problem-solving attitude.
