AI Solution Implementation Specialist

Gather and document business requirements, processes, and outputs to support the design, configuration, and rollout of AI-enabled solutions. Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and refining these solutions to meet business needs.

Maintain solution documentation and knowledge bases, and participate in workshops, demos, and adoption activities. This role requires strong documentation and communication skills, with an eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and roll out AI-enabled solutions.
  • Test and troubleshoot AI-enabled solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, process documentation, or tech support.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP or enterprise software projects.
  • Basic knowledge of AI, automation, or low-code platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
