Job Opportunity:

  • About the Role:
    • Install, configure, clean, and repair technical devices.
    • Detect and resolve complex technical problems.
    • Provide expert technical guidance and training to customers.
    • E nsure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of service activities.
    • Keep equipment and tools in good working order.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Requirements and Qualifications:
    • ITI or Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Fitter/Electrical fields.
    • A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Capacity to transfer technical knowledge to less experienced engineers.
    • Capability to troubleshoot customer issues via telephone.

Additional Details:

  • This is a full-time position based in KOCHI, Kerala.
  • The successful candidate will be required to travel extensively across Kerala and occasionally to neighboring areas.
