Job Title: Senior Executive

Our company seeks an experienced Compliance Manager to lead our team in ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the exchange ecosystem, regulatory requirements, and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage inward and outward SEBI correspondences efficiently.
  • Track and escalate SEBI communication to ensure prompt response.
  • Maintain a list of members with Proof of Deposit (PO) or Demand Draft (DD).
  • Monitor FIU Alerts and disseminate FIU Guidelines to members as necessary.
  • Organize and manage Personal Financial Information (PFI) compliances effectively.
  • Provide administrative support for high-impact compliance initiatives.
  • Handle documentation of correspondence between the Exchange and SEBI.
  • Manage custody of agreements and undertakings securely.
  • Draft Board Agendas to facilitate decision-making.
  • Support the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in all matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree from a reputable institute or university.
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in compliance management.
  • Adequate knowledge of regulatory functions and compliance procedures.
  • Excellent administrative support skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to analyze data and create presentations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the exchange ecosystem, regulatory requirements, and compliance procedures.
