Senior Quality Assurance Lead

SAP Test Managers are responsible for overseeing test activities across multiple phases of a project or release. This involves managing stakeholder communication, providing guidance to project management, ensuring traceability from business requirements to executed test scenarios, and tracking test progress.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stakeholder communication and coordination
  • Provide guidance on test activities to project management
  • Ensure traceability from business requirements to executed test scenarios
  • Track test progress
  • Handle defects and implement continuous improvement

SAP Solution Managers also provide support to other test managers, including test plan creation, test case assignment, and reporting.

They work closely with central and regional test management teams, DevOps, and release teams to ensure successful testing outcomes.

SAP Solution Managers deliver test strategies, enablement packages, and knowledge transfer sessions to stakeholders.

Required skills include experience in GTM roles, test planning and execution, tool expertise, and leadership and communication skills.

SAP Solution Managers must have a deep understanding of Release testing lifecycle, test cases creation and repository, and testing enablement strategies.

Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager, Worksoft Certify, PowerBI, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, and Signavio Integration is also required.

This role requires strong problem-solving and risk management skills, including defect analysis and risk mitigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with test planning and execution
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
