Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Workday Human Capital Management system and serve as the product owner for core HR-related work.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize and configure Workday HCM and other core HR technology.
  • Maintain the Core HR product roadmap, engage stakeholders, and perform hands-on configuration within Workday HCM.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing Workday HCM, including direct configuration of complex requirements.
  • Proficiency in Workday configuration, including business process setup, security, calculated fields, and custom reports.
  • Experience working with other Workday features or the desire to learn and work cross-functionally.
  • Agile project management skills and experience using Agile tools.
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills to understand product performance and areas for improvement.
