Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled professional to assign accurate medical codes from patient records, ensuring compliance with official guidelines. This role involves working on various specialties and reviewing denied claims for code updates.

  • Coding Expertise: Possess strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems, as well as familiarity with tools like 3M, Optum Encoder, TruCode, or Epic/Cerner EHRs.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate exceptional accuracy and analytical skills to ensure coding precision and meet productivity benchmarks.
  • Communication: Develop effective communication and documentation skills to coordinate with QA and billing teams.
Eligibility Criteria:

This position is ideal for individuals with a graduate degree in Life Sciences, Paramedical, or Allied Health. Freshers with valid AAPC or AHIMA certification (CPC, COC, CCS, or equivalent) can also apply. Experienced professionals with 1–3 years' background in outpatient, inpatient, or specialty coding are preferred.

  • Education and Certification: Hold a relevant graduate degree and possess a valid coding certification.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in coding, preferably in an outpatient, inpatient, or specialty setting.
Key Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They should be proficient in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, and have a solid understanding of RCM workflow and HIPAA compliance.
