Drive Impact as a Growth Program Manager
This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Growth Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business data analysis to drive revenue outcomes.
- Partner with marketing to connect web traffic → lead gen → CRM → revenue attribution.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and white spaces.
You will also be responsible for building strategies for growth experiments (new geographies, verticals, or customer segments) and preparing concise reports & recommendations for leadership decision-making.
Additionally, you will own CRM automations (lead workflows, pipeline hygiene, triggers, integrations), manage sales reporting & dashboards, ensuring visibility into KPIs across teams, and support sales enablement by preparing pitch materials, case studies, and data-backed insights.
As a key member of our team, you will act as the program manager for strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Ops, creating project plans, setting timelines, and driving accountability across stakeholders.
