Design Opportunities:

We are seeking a talented Design Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, proficiency in various software tools, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and developing projects from concept to execution
  • Create presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
  • Work on detailed working drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQs)
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision
  • Support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required
  • Conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from a recognized institution
  • Strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work in a collaborative environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
