Key Responsibilities of Business Finance Manager:

Job Description:

The role involves driving deal pricing, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), variance analysis, and management reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, analytical expertise, and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insights that enable informed decision-making and margin improvement across complex global deals.

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Manager to play a critical role in delivering high-impact projects in deal pricing, FP&A, and margin improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory.
  • Experience: 5+ years post-qualification in business finance, preferably in IT/ITeS or services industry.
  • Strong exposure to deal pricing, FP&A, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
