We are seeking an experienced X++ developer to join our team in creating cutting-edge Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. This role involves developing, customizing, and optimizing D365 F&O systems using X++, with a focus on Electronic Reporting, system integrations, and performance enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions using X++ programming language.
  • Create and refine Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations that align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for improved performance and scalability.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects from design through to deployment and support.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  • Support data migration activities, ensuring the integrity and quality of transferred data.
  • Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.
  • Ensure all customizations adhere to best practices, coding standards, and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Extensive hands-on experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365 F&O systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Good knowledge of D365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with ISVs such as Exflow or TAS.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O or related areas.
  • Exposure to localizations and compliance for multi-country implementations.
