About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in building and scaling our healthcare platform.

This is a full-stack position with a strong emphasis on the front end, where you will be instrumental in creating secure, intuitive, and user-friendly applications for medical providers and billing teams. Your work will directly impact how our users interact with our platform, all while ensuring compliance with critical healthcare regulations like HIPAA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust, high-performance applications using our core tech stack.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features from concept to deployment.
  • Ensure application security, data privacy, and a seamless user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.

Experience & Soft Skills:

A minimum of 2-3 years development experience

Strong problem-solving & collaboration skills

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, code review exposure

Preferred: SaaS/Healthcare, payments, data privacy (HIPAA awareness)

Core Skills:

Backend: PHP 8.2+, Laravel 12.x, Composer, DB design/migrations, Multi-tenancy (Stancl/Tenancy), RESTful APIs, Microservices, OpenAPI/HTTP clients, Auth (Laravel + Spatie), API key management

Frontend: React 19, TypeScript 5.7+, Inertia.js, Tailwind CSS 4.x, Vite 6.x, Responsive design

UI/UX: Radix UI, Headless UI, Lucide React, React Icons, Class Variance Authority

Data Handling: TanStack React Table, Recharts, Date-fns, React Day Picker

Dev Tools: ESLint, Prettier, Git, TypeScript

Nice-to-Have:

Advanced Laravel: Cashier, Socialite, Sail, Pail, Pint

Testing: Pest PHP, Unit/Feature testing

Libraries/Integrations: Google API Client, PHPSpreadsheet, League CSV, Guzzle HTTP, Focus Trap React, React Remove Scroll
