Lead Full Stack Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software applications using Ruby on Rails (RoR) framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable software systems.

You will be expected to have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Ruby on Rails (RoR), Microservices architecture, CircleCI/CD, Log Monitoring Tools (Datadog/New Relic), Background Jobs (Sidekiq/Resque), Test-driven Development Concepts (Unit Tests/Feature Tests/Mocking), and API Development.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
