SDET Engineer / Software Engineer in Test is a key role

  • This position is responsible for building and maintaining automation test suites using Java, Selenium, and Rest-Assured frameworks.
  • The engineer drives automation-led quality initiatives across releases, defines robust test data strategies, and ensures end-to-end quality in project deliveries.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of SDET experience is required.
  • Hands-on experience in automation frameworks (Java, Selenium, Rest-Assured) is necessary.
  • Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), specifically Java, is vital.
  • An ability to analyze requirements, estimate testing time, resources, and budget is crucial.
  • Skill in test case design, test planning, and execution is essential.
  • Experience in defining and implementing test data strategies is necessary.
  • A proven ability to assign and manage tasks across testing teams is required.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are vital.
  • Strong management and leadership capabilities to drive team productivity and quality outcomes are necessary.
