Contract Management Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to ensure seamless coordination and management with external contractors, as well as activities between internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Create purchase orders and manage equipment procurement in SAP/ESHOP.
  • Maintain electronic databases (SharePoint) and ensure the accuracy of data.
  • Ensure the consistency and quality of procedures and documentation. Serve as a key point of contact for external service providers regarding operational processes related to external employees.
  • Support the TL organization in defining training programs that will help external associates obtain their qualifications.
  • Manage and review training roles for all external colleagues in the field of work and regularly monitor their education to ensure consistency.
  • Ensure updated production documents are distributed to relevant external colleagues for educational purposes, transfer knowledge to colleagues, and conduct on-the-job training if necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of SAP is highly recommended.
  • Relevant skills include Business Continuity, Business Networking, Change Control, Computer Science, Construction Management, Cost Management, Flexibility, General HSE Knowledge, HVAC, Installations, Knowledge Of Capa, Knowledge Of GMP, Knowledge Of Relevant Tools And Systems, Manufacturing Production, Project Commissioning, Project Engineering, Project Execution, Risk Management, Root Cause Analysis, Total Productive Maintenance.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
