Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the execution of high-end interior and architectural projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple high-end interior or architectural projects.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Oversee full-cycle project execution from kick-off to handover.
  • Lead site supervision efforts to ensure adherence to design and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Ensure transparent communication and timely updates with clients.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients, designers, and vendors to align expectations.
  • Implement quality assurance procedures and enforce compliance with safety standards.
  • Identify risks or roadblocks and resolve issues without compromising project goals.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.
  • Present project status reports to senior leadership and clients regularly.
  • Ensure contracts, work orders, and approvals are documented and maintained.

This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple sites, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time while upholding the design intent.
