Expert Telecom EngineerAbout the Role:

We are seeking an experienced telecom engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online charging systems, with a minimum of 4-5 years in a solution architect role focused on Matrixx online charging system.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to contribute to the design and implementation of solutions using the Matrixx Digital Commerce Platform (DCP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement online charging solutions using the Matrixx DCP.
  • Configure catalog items, product offers, bundles, and notifications for price plans.
  • Extend Matrixx Data containers and event files as per requirements.
  • Use the Matrixx test framework for validation of offers.
  • Monitor application performance using Datadog and Grafana.
  • Develop Python & Shell scripts for automation.
  • Work with databases such as Oracle, Snowflake, and MongoDB on cloud platforms.
  • Implement Online Charging for 5G services, integrating with other network components.
  • Architect the observability stack (monitoring, logging, tracing) using tools like Prometheus, Grafana.
  • Develop technical expertise in Telecom Networking protocols (DIAMETER, SS7, MAP, INAP, CAP, SNMP, etc.).
Requirements:
  • 13+ years of experience in online charging systems.
  • Deep understanding of online and offline charging principles.
  • Strong work experience in Matrixx Product offer configurations.
  • Proficiency in Python & Shell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with databases such as Oracle, Snowflake, and MongoDB on cloud platforms.
  • Expertise in 3GPP standards for charging.
  • Experience with Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) / Policy Control Function (PCF) integration.
  • Experience in architecting the observability stack (monitoring, logging, tracing).
  • Technical expertise in Telecom Networking protocols.
