- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop AI models and solutions.
- Evaluate and optimize model performance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Stay informed about the latest AI technologies and trends.
- Drive strategic development and implementation of AI solutions.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on AI/ML practices and background.
- Hands-on expertise in NLP, Deep Learning, and related concepts.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor a team of AI engineers and researchers.
- Experience with Large Language Models like GPT 3.5, GPT 4, Llama, Gemini, Mistral, etc.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with information security and secure development best practices.
