Job Title: Senior Electrical Design LeadWe are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Design Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will lead our electrical design team in delivering high-quality designs for various infrastructure projects, including airports, metro lines, hospitals, buildings, ports, and high-rise buildings.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annumKey Responsibilities:- Lead the electrical design team in preparing technical specifications, resolving pre-bid queries, and reviewing vendor drawings.
- Develop and implement design standards and guidelines for electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codal requirements, including IS/BS/IEC/NFPA/NBC/Green building/GRIHA standards.
- Design and select HT switch gears, LT distribution systems, bus ducts, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, and cables.
- Perform fault level calculations, earthing, lightning protection, lighting, relay coordination, and peer reviews of designs, drawings, and documents.
- Interact with clients, consultants, PMC vendors, and other stakeholders to discuss technical aspects of projects.
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical design and engineering for infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of leading electrical design teams and delivering high-quality designs.
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards, including IS/BS/IEC/NFPA/NBC/Green building/GRIHA.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
