Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter or similar tools to simulate real-world traffic and identify potential bottlenecks.
  • Analyze test results to pinpoint performance issues and collaborate with development teams to find effective solutions.
  • Monitor application and system performance during tests and in production environments to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Contribute to the overall quality assurance process, including functional and regression testing to guarantee high-quality software releases.
  • Create clear and concise test plans, test cases, and reports to facilitate communication among stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1-4 years of experience in software testing, preferably in performance testing.

  • A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in performance testing.
  • Proven practical experience in scripting with JMeter or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of core performance testing concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
